About us

Dolly Power is the collective name for the creative output of Rachel and Christian Laing. We are an independent company based in London specialising in design and promotion. Between us we have 20 years experience in these areas, as well as a lifelong passion for art and music.

Rachel handles design projects and Christian handles the running of club nights and the DJ agency.

Design

Rachel provides our design service and is a professional web designer. She has been designing for web since 1999.

Rachel has worked on projects for the Guardian, the NHS, Kew Gardens and the Wellcome Trust, as well as many smaller organisations.

At Dolly Power, we are passionate about creating websites that are both useable and beautiful.

We believe in quality and simplicity and are strong advocates of web standards and accessible design.

More about our clubnights

DJ agency

Christian is a resident DJ at our clubnights as well as the creative force behind them. He has performed at numerous events including Glastonbury Festival, Somerset House and at venues such as KOKO, the Forum, Turnmills and even the V&A Museum.

As well as Christian, we have a select few DJs who are available to book through us. All of our DJs have years of experience and cover many genres of music.
